Homework - Newspaper Summaries (3) are due March 28, three paragraphs each.

Information/ Homework - Please continue to find information for your research paper on a woman. Bring your source cards (5) to school on Monday April 1. You may review what information belongs on a source card at the Cambridge Rindge & Latin School Library website. This information will be used for in-text citations and your Works Cited page.

Information - Next week all grade seven students will be taking MCAS for ELA. Tuesday will be Composition, Wednesday and Thursday will be Reading Comprehension. Please get plenty of rest and review the packet of MCAS questions from 2012 over the weekend.

Homework - Integrity Reflection, please turn in your reflection to me as well as your home room teacher. This will count as 500 points towards a homework grade.

Homework - Sentences (45) for Vocabulary Power Plus Lessons 7,8, and 9 are due on March 13, Wednesday.
Newspaper Summaries (3) are due March 14.
All work for "The Noble Experiment" in the Literature book, pages 808 -821, will be checked on Wednesday, March 13.

Information - I have re-set the due date for the Harlem Renaissance paper so that  students who need to revise their paper may do so, without penalty. The new due date is March 6, 2013. Students who did not turn in a paper are able to turn one in for reduced credit.

Information - We will be using the Power Plus Vocabulary books on Monday, I no longer have enough for the entire class. PLEASE LOOK IN YOUR BOOK BAGS, LOCKERS, AND HOMES, FOR THE REST OF THE BOOKS, WE ONLY HAVE 18.

Homework - Please obtain three (3) articles from The Boston Globe and write three (3) summaries for each article. Each paragraph has to be at least five sentences long.
